The Volkswagen AutoMuseum is not far from the Volkswagen factory and the Autostadt on the eastern outskirts of Wolfsburg. We can be found just a few minutes off the A39 motorway. Free parking is available. The high-speed ICE train station is also close by.

update on getting a birth certificate from the German vw museum

the museum is now saying it could be 8 months wait for a birth certificate.
and vw uk cannot now do 10 digit numbers and have to be done by vw Germany.
I can't believe there is no uk clubs that can do this for you like most other marques

When did this new 8 month list come in? I ordered mine 3 months ago, was hoping to get it soon.

Don't know when it came into effect but that's what I was told. I have a friend who has been waiting 9 months now which is over the new time of 8 months.

My last email got a response apologizing as the lady is the only one doing these now and as a big backlog.
