Just wondered why the forum is quiet when we have 29 members but only the same people posting, seems a bit odd

Good question Matty, I think most members are happy to chat on Facebook although its not going to be the same as chatting on here or any forum for that matter, you also have to remember that this forum is new so it will take time to pick up. Forum s will always be around no matter how big Facebook gets because Facebook is more of a social thing and forums tend to be where the more serious people go for help and advice or just to learn more. So hang on in there I'm sure we will grow soooooooooon

I get what your saying and yes your right perhaps it is early days, to be honest I think Facebook is a complete waste of peoples time and its more for those who have nothing better to do with their time 'Sorry if I have offended anyone' and I don't mean that about all people but lets be honest you are never going to learn anything on Facebook accept what arses some people are, anyway rant over.

I’ll come back to that later.” And when you finally get back, you can’t find it anywhere? Even if you can remember whose page it originated on, you may not be able to find it easily. Facebook has almost no searchability (yeah, I’m making up words as I go along) and therefore, whatever you post there, no matter how good it is, has an extremely limited shelf life. On the other hand, the forum interface (most of them, anyhow) is designed to organize and save everything in its relevant categories. Search functions are usually robust and easily used. It’s a very simple process to view all the new content since your last visit. Threads created on a healthy forum can be viable for months, and sometimes even years. When you share valuable information on a forum site, you’ll be helping far more people than you’ll ever know. Just a few more thoughts

I'm as useless on forums as I am on Facebook. Got an email the other day saying I had a reply to some parts I was selling on here (that was the most interest I had, none on fb) and took me 15mins to figure out I couldn't see it because I hadn't logged in :-)

I'm guilty of not posting much lately. Got loads on at the moment,lots of things running through my head, family to run round after, work, not enough hours in the day at a he moment
